His jawline is well defined, framing a handsome face with a straight nose, full lips and strikingly blue eyes. His hair is dark and shoulder length, shaved along the sides and often intricately braided in styles from his homeland

.:Personality:.  Nennius is a bitter soul. He believes he's been dealt an unfair hand and acts accordingly. He's defiant, cocky and sarcastic, fighting only for the betterment of himself. He carries an extremely sharp disdain for all Romans.

.:History:.  The son of a farmer, Nennius developed a serious infection after an accidental impalement on a post. Surviving the infection, however, meant a rather nasty scar along his hip bone and degenerative damage in the nerves of his right leg. Without the use of a crutch or a brace, Nennius is unable to stand upright or walk. When the Romans invaded his homeland, Nennius and his older brother fled. His brother, eventually caught and enslaved, hid the younger boy within a forest that resided on his Dominus' property. Feeding him and keeping him safe, Nennius' brother raised him to maturity before he was caught and crucified.  Nennius, as a co-conspirator and a cripple was sentenced to the arena. By some miracle and sheer determination Nennius survived his bout and was an instant hit. He was bought and trained, a special brace crafted for his leg to grant him better mobility. He learned the ways of the Essedarius (charioteers) gladiators. In his last fight, Nennius was thrown from his chariot with grievous injury and was spared, yet despite his fame and popularity, his worth plummeted and once again he was put on the market.
