.:Personality:. Before the attack and death of all she knew, Reinan was known to be gentle and have a quiet kind of strength. She was considered to be very diplomatic in her words and choices and even though she was young, she was knowledgeable and respected because of the way she could deal with people. After the attack and her fight to live, Reinan didn't lose her diplomacy, but her strength became a different, more focused kind. She still gets along well with people, but she doesn't exactly trust or get close to many outside of the people who saved her life. She is unfalteringly loyal to the men she travels with.

.:Special Skills:. Reinan was a natural healer as she seemed to just know what needed to be addressed on a person's body to help them. She was also gifted in the areas of herbalism and knowing what plants to use for what ailment or wound. She was tutored by the elder healers in her village before the attack. After she survived, she continued with her healing skills, but the men that saved her also taught her to fight. She is good at hand to hand and wrestling, but she is deadly with a pair of knives. She can also use a sword.

.:Weaknesses:. Reinan often makes decisions with her heart and not her mind and it doesn't always work out the way she wants it to. She hates seeing anyone in pain, but she has a strong affinity for animals and is drawn to them more often than people.

.:Family:. Outside of Agron and Duro, not much is known about her family ties as she does not openly speak of them with strangers
.:Occupation:. Healer, after her attack she's also a fighter

.:History:. Reinan was born East of the Rhine in Germania. She was born in the same village that Agron and Duro lived in. From a very young age she followed along with the boys in almost everything they did.

Talented in the arts of healing and herbalism, it was often their sister of heart who would tend to the wounds of the brothers when they did not want to deal with others chastising them. In this, they would allow Reinan full ability to give them a tongue-lashing when they would not tolerate it from others. Gentle and loving, Reinan was often then one sent by others to try and calm or steer the rage of the two warrior brothers. After all, the young girl could often get through to them when no one else could.

Reinan did not know much about fighting and why would she? Where the healer went, usually so did one or both of the brothers.

As time passed and Reinan grew older, she became closer to the brothers -- and more especially to Duro. It wasn't long before the two admitted their love to each other and made a pledge to become wed at the end of the next harvest.

The wedding never happened. Their village was attacked by Romans and other barbarians. Duro and Agron were taken into slavery and everyone else in the village were killed.

Or so it seemed.

A traveling band of men came upon the carnage and decided that they would lay the dead to rest and honor them. As they were taking care of the bodies, one of the men pulled Reinan from the pile and discovered that somehow, the girl was still breathing. The men took Reinan with them when they left her village behind and took great pains to care for her and make sure that they did everything they could for her to survive. Not only did she survive, but as she grew stronger, they taught her to fight and their own healer took over her teachings.
