As a slave her look tends to be simple and unadorned tool, hair off of her face for practicality and only deviating at the command of the Domina for an occasion or party. As a rebel she initially has short cropped hair after having been attacked and shorn by Lucretia, later she has long intricate braids. After Lucretia's assault she has a scar close to her eye.

.:Personality:. As a slave she was for the most part loyal and subservient. She had never known freedom and considered herself lucky in comparison to others, her one disobedience (helping Dionna to escape) ended so badly it was a sign to her that she must never disobey again. Until Crixus.
She has a lot of compassion for others and can be surprisingly open and free with her emotions in comparison to other enslaved characters.
Once saved from the mines, she is a changed woman. She is suffering from PTSD and Rape Trauma Syndrome and this shows in her personality. She is quick to anger now, far more shut down with her emotions other than anger and determination when in public and at least initially hold her own life in little regard. Training with Crixus and learning to fight makes her feel safe again but when that safety is threatened she can lash out with deadly consequences. Her thirst for Roman blood is second only to her enduring love for Crixus.

After being saved by Crixus and Spartacus she joined the rebel army.
