.:Physical Appearance:. Tan skin, shoulder length black hair and dark eyes. He's usually got either a blank, unreadable expression or a wide, manic grin and there is little in between the two extremes. His clothes are more modest than most of the other rebels, he wears a chiton and leather armour, wanting to cover his body ass much as possible. He never removes the leather braces he wears on his forearms because underneath he has scarring from self inflicted wounds, some made on orders of his amused Dominus who enjoyed toying with him. Andros isn't ashamed of the scarring but is aware than some might mistake it as a sign of weakness.
Andros' build is slim but has some muscle, this develops more as he trains with the rebels but he'll never have the big build of the gladiators.

.:Personality:. Andros can be highly unpredicatable. After spending most of his life toyed and played with, he is highly guarded and slow to trust people. His Dominus found it amusing to keep Andros under the influence of herbs and drugs from around the empire and this had left lasting damage. He can have periods of mania. Usually high mania causing him to have a short attention span, wild mood swings, chattering and hyperactive and when provoked sudden and deadly violence. The lows are just as harsh though he is more likely to turn that pain inward due to intense self-loathing from all that he has endured. In these periods he is more often silent and still.

His word is his honour, Andros has never had a promise kept and so he will never break a promise himself because he knows the devastation. If he has promised you something, he will do everything in his power to keep it. He is a damaged boy, his mind half fried with the drugs that were forced upon him but there can be a sweetness to him if he manages to allow someone that close. If someone he cares about is threatened or hurt, he will defend them but he no longer reacts to offences to his own person. He hold himself in very little regard anymore. He has certain words etc that are particularly triggering for him, he will only warn once and if his boundaries are not respected he will lash out.

.:Special Skills:. Eidetic memory, despite having been a slave he can read and write moderately well. He has learned languages from other slaves, he is particularly fluent in German. He is extremely agile and good with blades. He has little training but fights brutally and effectively.

.:History:. Andros was given up by his mother when he was an infant, she could not afford to keep her twin sons and so chose to sell one into slavery. Andros does not remember anything from being a free Roman, he was too young.

He was a slave in Draco's household, a Roman of some significance as his vineyards supplied the region with the best quality wines. Andros did not work in the fields or wine making however, he was first a houseboy and then became one of Draco's body slaves at around 7. The abuse started soon after. Draco used the boy for sex and personal amusement, enjoying tormenting Andros as well as drugging him with varies substances just to see what would happen. Draco had many lovers and slave but Andros was his favourite toy.

At 15, Andros found out about his twin. He accompanied his Dominus to Capua and during the trip meet the new wife and step-son of one of Draco's clients: his mother Tilda and Aron, a boy that was his identical. Andros struggled with the news, the thoughts that if not for his mother's lack of love, he could have been free like his twin filled him with anger and envy.

The envy did not last long, however, as even in the short trip it became obvious to Andros that Aron was not well loved by his mother either. It didn't make it any easier to have to meet or interact with them over the years but Draco found it amusing, enjoying tormenting Andros with their presence and by threatening to find a way to own Aron so that he could have 'the full set' in his bed. A thought that sickened Andros, he may have loathe his brother for his freedom but he did not wish him his fate either.

When Draco tired of his amusements, certain slaves treated Andros badly too. Toying with and using him whilst his mind was still addled, he had little safety anywhere in the villa save the women who ran the kitchens who were the only true mother figures he ever knew.
Then came the night that Spartacus's rebels came to free them, a night in which Andros took chance to kill Tilda in the chaos. Now free, he feels indebted to the ones who gave him his freedom.
